How can i make a copy on HP Dekjet F380 by airprint

If you can't get it to scan an image then you might have to have it brought to a repair center. How often do you use the copy function? Scanning function?

You may have to install or update drivers Most of the
drivers/software I get are from a web site driverguide.com you need to fill out
a free registration then search for the driver you need download it in a format
you can use install it and then most times reboot the computer

Do not place any paper on the scanner and open the lid and press scan button and check if the light glows and moves forward and backward. If the light does not glow its a problem with scanner light.
Also try to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.
