1: THE hdd IS DEAD. and if dead so will be...
2: THE hdd OS is corrupted. w8.1 is what it had NEW.
in real shop we test the HDD first or the recovery time goes to
INFINITY , so we are savvy never to skip, HDD testing first.
we use a Linux boot disk (demo) and run SMART tests first.
always that first. or you will not get the recovery hot key to work.
if upgraded to w10 that dooms the HOT recovery key.
(only the official w10 disk set from Acer will work sure)

BIOS scanned up to 6 or media ports and all are dead.
NO boots found, for sure HDD0 is dead.
or "the normal boot device is dead"
that is the HDD,
but if you insert boot USB it will not be dead, see?

This type of consumer device has no more than a 1 year warranty and most are only 90 days. You best choice here is just to replace it as the problem is most likely the base station is defective.

I looks like your computer is trying to boot off of a floppy disk that is not present or doesnt work.

Hit the f2 and enter setup
Look for BOOT
and choose c: drive or hard disk drive as your first boot device.

If this fixes the problem then you know your hard drive is good. If the drive is good you probably want your first boot device to be your dvd or cd rom drive. Then you want your Hard drive second.

If your hard drive wont boot the drive itself could be bad or your operating system will need to be reinstalled.

It could be the circuit board or the charger.
There are companies that will do repairs for a fixed price, have a look on ebay.
Maybe cheaper than sending back to garmin but worth giving them a call to see how much they charge for repair.

They connection from charger to device may be broken to try and call the manufacturers for advice

get a test light and check all the fuses with the ignition in the on setting just before start,the fuses should light up the test light on both sides.if not a fuse is open.

Try plugging into computer to recharge. If that doesn't work call Garmin.
