SOURCE: How to replace front grill emblem on 2010 Volvo xc70

It takes less than 2 minutes and is very easy. Just did it on my 2010 XC60 (which should work the same as the XC70). Step 1: Get the new emblem from your Volvo Part Department (approx $35). Step 2: You will need a thin flat screw driver. Step 3: Remove the old emblem by pull the center of the emblem to where you can slip the screw driver between the grill and emblem to pry it off - once you get it started you can pull it off by hand. Step 4: Install the new emblem by inserting it in the various holes where it will snap into place. Rember to be careful so you don't scrath or dent the grill on the removal step. You can do it!

I want to remove the leper on the hood. Is there

As far as I know 2007 and 2008 US Jaguars don´t have the leper jag on the hood, instead, they have a Jaguar round emblem, ask a Jag dealer. or maybe the round center emblem of the wheels can fit there. Good Luck

Try a hair dryer or a heat gun. Works really well. The glue that is left behind after the decals are removed can be removed with mineral spirits.

Hood emblem installation

Just put the replacement hood ornament in the hole and use a pair of pliers to pull down and turn the lock 1/4 turn clockwise. It is spring loaded and if you look real close at the ornament you will see what piece to pull down and turn. Right now it is locked in its shipping spot.
