I have found a list of error codes at the link below and your code is described as;
Drum EEPROM error Reading from or writing to EEPROM cannot be performed.
Poor contact in the connector terminals. Defective drum unit.
Error Codes Kyocera Mita KM3060
It looks therefore like a drum unit problem which probably requires a replacement drum unless you can check and improve the contacts in the connector terminals.

Hello Manuel sorry for your machine to be in that stake but have you tried to check on that paper conveying motors because that error is for those lift motors try to go on your machine run this code
press status/job cancel
enter 1087*2 twice
enter 906 and then you will see execute
the you press start to see whether it will stablize
I think that stands for OPEN. Check to make sure that all the doors are closed. Right side, left side door, and also front door.
