Go into main menuset up
and navigate to option to rescan. (might be called install or re-install stations)
Note - if it has lost channels it may be due to poor signal quality - check the quality of your aerial connections.
You may also have lost channels if your area has recently been subject to 'digital switch-over' . Although they are already on digital tv all Freeview boxes will need re-tuning after switch over because this entails a change of some channel frequencies post analogue.
if you have connected your sky box as per instructions, putting the aerial coax to it and a fly lead(as in a male to female coax as used on a vcr to tv) from the output to the tv's aerial input, then disconnect the aerial from the sky box and put it back to the tv. The skybox will weaken and even loose the signal.
I have a philips freeview box (although it is not built in). I recently lost all my channels also. It took me back to the installation screen and started to look for channels, furthermore if it couldn't find any it 'bugged out' on me.
The only way I got around this was by unplugging the aerial, watching the screen trying to scan the channels and when the progress bar / channel # was near the end plugging the aerial back in. For some reason this started the scanning over again but this time it found channels! Strange I know, but maybe its different for me and one of those conspiracies that they program products to fail after a few years to make you buy more.
