Unseize engine on mac alister 44cc strimmer

the engine will have to be pulled apart as the ring and the piston will be damaged
if you have no experience in this take it to a small engine shop or a mower shop for the job
with the cost of parts and labour to do the job ,I would consider a new unit

Bolens push mower Briggs mower when pulling fo start and running pushes gas out of the ventholes of the fuel cap.

I think that you have a defective gas tank lid that is not venting properly which could pressurize your system and cause problems. Invest in a replacement and hopefully this will solve your problem. The cap has a small breather vent cover [it sort of looks like a small mushroom], this allows air to enter the tank, but keeps air/fuel from going out of the cap. Some mowers use a pressurized system, and I am not sure if Bolens is one of them.

Front right brake is stuck on 99 dakota

your problem sounds like a seized caliper. You will need a mechanic to unseize it and replace the caliper. Parts are generally not expensive but to do it yourself you will need knowledge of bleeding brake lines. The caliper is what pushes the brake pads tight against the rotor to stop you. when you release the brakes, the caliper loosens. when it seizes, it just doesn't release

E-brake is stuck on 96 toyota tacoma

the rear brake pivots maybe seized. look at the back of the brake drums see where the brake cable meets the brakes, there is a leaver there that is suppost to pivot if it is seized. you will need to remove the drums unbolt the e-brake leaver and take it apart to clean the rust out. you maybe able to unseize it by spraying wd-40 into it and working it, but you will need to take it apart to prevent it happening again.
