Did you make sure that the tv input was set to HDMI? If so then your HDMI ports on the tv are possibly bad.

I don't have DTV anymore, so I don't remember the exact code I used for my SK-32H240S, However, I do remember that I found one that worked at this site. Scroll down to locate your remote series # - it most likely will be printed on the upper left corner of the front of the remote - as an example, mine says RC64. Click on the corresponding listing, then follow the directions on the site. I tried only a few codes before finding one that worked correctly. Good luck.

Try leaving the TV unplugged for 30 minutes so the TV can reset itself.
If that doesn't work, most likely the TV has a power supply related problem. Or, it maybe something simple like a blown fuse inside the TV.
But, I can't say it's 100% the problem because I can't actually look at the tv over the internet.
If the fuse doesn't fix it and If by chance the TV is still under warranty, go that route.
If not under warranty and If you have some electronic experience, you can purchase a Service Manual over the internet and diagnose the source of the problem with the power supply and fix it by soldering in the new part. The Service Manual will give you circuit diagrams, test points, and part# lists. Usually, cost under $20.

The problem is cause by the transformer on LIPS inverter (Power supply + Inverter board). You could see an obvious burn on the 1 of these transformers ( There are total 3 black transformer on this board). The part number is 4302H. You need to replaced your Inverter Board, If you can do the job, get the Board Part number and order it from Westinghouse. If not call a Professional TV Technician. At least you have an idea what's the trouble with your set. Hope this Tip will help you.Thanks
