I bought a Ipad through the channels of FNB, in November 2012. During March 2013 my ipad did not want to charge. I took it to the IStore where they had a look at it and I was told that I nee a replace ment as the device is faulty. I tried to get hold of FNB divices and they sent me forms to complete. What a joke, after weeks of asking them to fax it I went to FNB Menlynn to see if they could assist because I have insurance on the item with them. They where very help full by faxing and talking to the people concerned(that did not know what they have to do) After spending 5 hours in the branch,CBS faxed the forms and I completed it(this was on the 16th of May 2014. On the 20th I phoned the branch manager of fnb Menlynn and told him that I still did not have feedback. He then told me that he will phone them. That same afternoon I received an e-mail telling me that they do not cover ware an tear on the ipad. This ipad was not inspected by them at all. How can they just decide that it is wear and tear if they did not look at it. This Ipad cost me a fortune and I am still paying off on it. I still owe R2000 on it. Now they tell me my claim is not valid. Please I need you help with this. Why am I paying insurance.I do blame fnb for this because it was through them that I bought the Ipad. Please can you help me. First click on Safari, that should take you to the internet (usually to Apple.com) on top type in where/what site you want and away you go. If you get to AOL again, on top should be area to go to internet.

Go into the mail app then choose outlook or something similar( I haven't done it in a while) Then set up your user and you're done!

Try connecting it to iTunes, turning off the ipad, then hold both the lock and the home button for 10 seconds, then relese the lock button while continuing to hold the home button until iTunes recognizes the iPad. Then you should be able to reset it without problem.

There are many things you might be doing wrong but slow battery charge is a problem with the new iPad. The battery is actually a lot bigger than the iPad 2 which means it is going to take you much longer to charge.
Use the provided charger and don't charge from your computer. It is almost twice as slow to do it plugged into a computer. Charge it at night to give it the most time to charge as possible. I usually turn it off so programs don't run and slow down the charging speed. Every little bit helps.

Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.
Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
