To reset password of your CCTV DVR press and hold the ENTER button for 15 to 30 second until the DVR restart's. After the restart you DVR default wizard will come up the same way like if you are setting up the DVR for the first time.

There isn't a "super password". There is a default admin password of 00000. That said if this is a used device and the default password has been changed, there is no way to reset the password, at least not from the GUI. It is possible the embedded linux that is installed on this DVR can be flashed. I'd contact the manufacturer if this is the case.

Disconnect the power for about 5 minutes; the wait is to let the internals discharge (5 is minimum, a little longer if you want to), then plug it back in. That will reinitialize the system.
