The squeaking is likely coming from the drum rollers and the grinding is likely coming from the drum rubbing against the door frame. This can be caused by a badly worn roller or damaged felt slide. A repairable condition that should be considered before throwing out your dryer. You can obtain a kit for this at your local appliance parts store or order on line. If you or know of someone that is pretty handy, you can install the kit, and a new felt slide for less than 1/3 the cost of replacing your dryer. Remember to inspect the drive belt to ensure that it is not torn or about to break.

check the rear hand brake in the drum. they are prone to undo the the pin that holds the hand brake shoe in place. when the pin falls out it can make a knocking sound as the pin is being hit and can cause damage to the shoe and drum. you will need to take the drum off and check shoe and change the pin/pins...

This could be something stuck in the drum ie ,A bra wire or could be bearing trouble an engineer could tell you within seconds.

motor brushes worn, motor faulty, broken wires or faulty module. unplug b4 checking.

IT seems that the wash drum is hitting on the exterior body possibly the shock absorbers have flattened out. Also the balancing liquid in the top inner portion of the wash drum has leaked out u will have to check the two

sounds like a bad wheel bearing..if drum brakes,remove drum and center cap from wheel bearing..remove center nut and pull bearing from spindle..replace hub/bearing assembly and center nut..if disc brakes,remove caliper/rotor,and hub/bearing assembly

sounds like the back drum shaft has worn and dropped through back[plate ... there is a fix for this by buying a new drum shaft and support kit comes with front bearing also .. can be a tricky job tho ....
