Approximately 10% of lefthand of screen has lost picture, after TV has been on about 10mins,it sometimes flickers but mainly virtical coloured or black lines appear
SOURCE: black line down the left side of the screen
This is a bad panel. The panel is very expensive to replace. It would be cheaper to buy a new tv. Sorry about the bad news.
SOURCE: 3 horizontal lines across screen and triple shadow on left side
its a LCD connectors. re-connect it properly. some loose connection.
SOURCE: red thin line on left side of screen / black
If that line is permanently on the screen - even when you are using the AV signal then the LCD panel is busted, no way to repair it. Try getting it replaced under warranty, it shouldn't have failed so soon
Testimonial: "Thank you very much I thought this was th eproblem bummer!!! Do hope the warranty covers it"

The reason for the green lines are the resolution. I'm assuming you're TV is set at 1080i, not 720p or 1080p correct? What happens is the "i" stands for interlaced, meaning, your TV displays your images with scan-lines. The "p" stands for progressive, meaning, TV displays picture as a whole. You can not visibly see the scan lines when seeing 1080i, but certain TV programs are not outputting their show to the resolution you're at, which will cause you to have the green line up at the top of your TV. SOME TVs might let you adjust the settings to rid yourself of the scanline, but most consumer TVs will not let you without the maintenance code to protect your unit from over calibrating and braking your television. Hope this helps.
