The Service Manual for your mixer can be found at:

Among the causes for the mixer not turning on are (in no particular order) --
The leaf-spring switch on the Control Plate is not making contact.
The Phase Board is defective.
Brushes need replacement.
Brush chamfered side not correctly oriented.
Bad armature or field coil.
Seized motor bearing.
Detached or broken Control Board spring.
Speed Control Link plastic end broken.

There is an adjustment screw and a system for setting it. You can find a video of it here (or just a ton of people who know all about these mixers). I just found it while trying to troubleshoot the same problem for my wifes mixer.

DO NOT DO IT. The Hz will destroy the morotr. The transofrmer only converts the voltage. You are better off buying a 220V version.

Pull the back off and there will be two screws at the top of the Speed Control Plate and a 3rd screw at the bottom. Tighten the top two screws down. [email protected]. Let me know if it works.

It sounds like it has been overloaded and the worm gear has been stripped. You will need to take the head apart to confirm this.
