What is it the value (never been worn)
Bulovas are not high end luxury watches nowadays (they actually were, up to the mid-twentieth century). A modern quartz Bulova is just another mid to upper-mid level quartz wristwatch. Unless you know someone willing to spend some bucks just to have a gold and diamond watch, the value, especially with the price of gold now, may be in the metal, especially since it's 18K; the majority of gold watches are 10K or 14K. The diamonds are likely not very high quality, although they will be real. You should have a jeweler look at it. He will be able to give you an idea what the gold and the stones are worth.
