Hi, F5 means your control board may have suffered a fatal error. Unplug the unit for 30 seconds, when the power is re-applied if the error comes back you will need to replace the control board (ERC). Mike

Sorry, I have the same oven and the same complaint. The manual doesn't indicate anything. BTW- the service manual is inside the oven frame, between oven "lining" and the outside sheet metal.
Hello! Yes, I did figure out the beeping...while on a long hold with the kitchenaid helpline, I took the "cookie sheets off of the top of the stove" and voila the beeping stopped. Simple, but who knew? I hope this helps someone else.
