Don't know how to send picture messages or recieve them when someone else sends to the touch phone by HTC. Have been trying to figure out from instruction manual and haven't had any luck.

firstly contact your operator and request for sending you the mms activation settings once you receive them as a message save them on the phone now you are ready to send and receive MMS messages
now to the part of sending an MMS
go to messages click on the
you can select all or any of the picture/ text/ audio and send as an MMS
