Underneath your satellite there should be either a spring loaded lock to unlock/release the drive, or there could be a panel to remove that will expose a single screw that holds your optical drive in place. Releasing the drive with whichever locking mechanism is securing it should allow you to remove and install the new drive (if it's a screw, don't forget to replace it after the new drive is installed).

first: download hiren's boot cd
Second: burn it using nero
third: boot it at hiren's boot cd
fourth: after booting from the hirens bootcd choose bios/cmos
fifth: use bios!
sixth: browse for any passwaord there, but do not use the blaster, it can cause system failure, i think the admin password for a45-s250 is ami..
