Question about Panasonic DVD-LA95 Portable DVD Player
Region codes prevent playback of DVDs in other geographical regions. If you receive a region error while playing a DVD, this means that the region code of the DVD does not match the region code of the DVD drive.
You can play the region-locked DVD on a region-free player such as Leawo Blu-ray Player which is free for windows and Mac.

You need to check that it supports pal output, if its a european unit (check the manual and player bottom for the ce mark) then it will play pal discs and will need reverting to the multiregion upgrade ( a disc and a few button presses about £20 online)) if its an american unit then it wont play pal discs even if you do manage to multiregion it.
