I have a lock symbol on the screen of Grandstream GPX1450 and no keys are responding, how to unlock it

The Lock symbol needs to moved to the right to the unlock symbol by your finger.

This will then load the desktop and activate the touch screen.

My Logik handset is locked and unlocked by holding the single side-button until it beeps, then holding the * key (with "key" symbol) until the lock icon appears/vanishes on the screen.

You can try the FN+Number lock which is quite often or the FN+F11
also FN+Screen lock which is quite often FN+F12. Let me know the respond.

Most likely have locked it. Press and hold the lock key lower left button. it will beep several time when unlocked the lock symbol if in the upper left side of the LCD screen next to BANK

When you reintilize the scanner, it should lose all programming and settings. Hold down the Tune/Clear button while pushing the reset button. Do not release the Tune/Clear button until the display clears and returns.

the key pad could be in child lock find the lock symbol and unlock it if this does not work you may to replace the key pad assemble

on top of the device there is a lock slide switch, make sure its not on the lock symbol, other wise it will lock the screen touch feature.

Dude just remove your side key away from your phone u vl find a small up & down key in side slot of side key take your stick & put it down to unlock use ur stick to lock or unlock ur phone..

remove the batteries from the phone in this position battery can only take you out of non responding and reinstall the batteries and unlock the phone

Does it respond to keyboard entry? If not, check to see if the "lock" icon on the screen is in the locked position. It's real easy to accidentially lock the device. If it is, just click on the lock and confirm that you want to unlock.
