How do i get the back off a fossil watch - Lucien Piccard 26024 Wrist Watch

I'm assuming it's a Gen 3 watch.
These are renowned for this issue, the heat from the charging process softens the glue to such an extent the back detaches.
But the watch is still in warranty, so contact Fossil for a no-charge repair.

Google is your friend. Or pop the back off your watch and ??

You will need to contact Fossil since you sent it in to them. They will be able to help you out. Make sure you have documentation that proves you sent the watch in, or it will be difficult to get the watch back.

good morning ! to remove the case back of your fossil watch,just snap the case back use the knife to do that ! but if your fossil watch is waterfroof design you need to use the wrench opener for treaded watch case back ! good luck ! god bless !...

I have a Fossil Kaleido that i havent used in some time. I just replaced the batteries in it and the only thing that works is it goes from solid red to hearts..it wont keep time. I only have 2 buttons on the side..one to change the time and one to set to either red or switch back and forth/// PLEASE HELP!! i love this watch
