In my Samsung Galaxy Gran Duos i9082 i am getting a message very often that "Unfortunately the System UI has stopped" and then nothing works in my cellphone unless i restart it again. Please advice.
I recomand a factory reset.
go to settings -> backup and reset -> FACTORY RESET

It seems that the software is corrupt and you will need help from the service center as the software needs to be installed once again. This could have been due to a corrupt file caused by a virus. So for a final try you can remove the memory card and use your card reader on the PC to have a scan to check for malwares. If so delete and keep battery removed for few minutes before you can try once again before assistance from the service center is needed.

Cell Phone Keeps Shutting Off
Vibrations on dirty battery contacts could be the cause of this problem. Remove the battery and clean the battery contacts with methylated spirits and the battery contacts in the cell phone.
Have you tried taking the battery out for 5 to 10 mins and then try to start it again? Hope it works
