Highpointe combo oven no instruction so have no way to use it can you help

Have you tried contacting Highpointe to get the user's or operator's manual? I suspect you have since I've looked and others seem to have the same problem. Is there any kind of contact information on the serial number plate or area?

If you can, call and ask them for one & tell them you never got one, or better yet, ask them why there wasn't a manual with the unit. That almost always works to get them to send one for free.

Ok, assuming none of this helps try this, I once could get no response from a manufacturer & after two weeks of trying everything I went on-line to search for the item. I found the web site of a supplier that was very positive about this particular item and so I contacted the supplier. The supplier helped me get in touch with the manufacturer and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Sometimes you need an intermediary and a reputable supplier is always a good one since they buy many items from the manufacturer in question.

They had the following: High Pointe 1.0 CU FT 900-Watt Built-In RV Microwave w/ Turn Table and Black Trim Kit - Black (replaces EM925RSL-B) - call them & tell them your problem and see what they may be able to do to help.
