How to remove clean and replace hydraulic oil filter on a Fiat 411R PTO unit

To remove, clean, and replace the hydraulic oil filter on a Fiat 411R PTO unit, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Locate the filter: The hydraulic oil filter is typically located on the side of the PTO unit, near the bottom. It is often mounted to the side of the unit with a bolt or a clamp.
  2. Prepare to drain the oil: Before you remove the filter, you will need to drain the hydraulic oil from the PTO unit. To do this, locate the oil drain plug or valve and place a drain pan underneath it. Then, loosen the drain plug or valve to allow the oil to drain out.
  3. Remove the filter: Once the oil has drained out, you can remove the filter. To do this, you will need to loosen the bolt or clamp that holds the filter in place. You may need to use a wrench or pliers to do this. Once the bolt or clamp is loosened, you can carefully remove the filter from the PTO unit.
  4. Clean the filter: Once the filter is removed, you will need to clean it. To do this, you can use a degreaser or solvent to remove any dirt or debris from the filter. Once it is clean, you can set it aside.
  5. Replace the filter: Once the filter is clean, you can install the new filter. To do this, simply reverse the steps you used to remove the old filter. Make sure the filter is properly seated and tightened down, and then refill the PTO unit with new hydraulic oil.
It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions when replacing the hydraulic oil filter on your PTO unit. If you are unsure about any of the steps or have any questions, it's a good idea to consult the manual or contact a mechanic for assistance.

How to order / replace motor exhaust foam filter?

Hi, it's Allie from Crucial Vacuum!

Maintaining your unit's filter clean and clog-free is crucial in keeping your unit working properly. Your Dyson DC39 has a washable and reusable pre-filter, part number 923413-01.

Washable filters are recommended to be washed after every 1 or 2 uses and replaced every 3 to 6 months, depending on the use of your unit.

First, make sure your unit is 'off' and unplugged. Remove the dust bin by pushing the button next to your unit's handle and remove the filter from the bin. Wash your filter under running lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Allow your filter to air dry for 24 hours before placing it back into your unit. Do not use any soaps or detergents and only dry your filter naturally. Placing your unit in a dishwasher and/or dryer may damage the filter.

Having a spare filter is a great idea to have while washing the unit's filter.

You can purchase direct your replacement filters from Crucial Vacuum with free shipping and an exclusive 10% coupon for Fixya.com readers, use code: FIXYA10

Fan failure and Intermittent heating

When the unit displays a message like "Change Filter", It's not apparent to the user how the unit knew the filter needed to be changed. On many units, it monitors the amount of time it has been cooking and after say 100 hours, decides its time to change the filter. The unit doesn't know that the filter has been changed. The filter timer must be reset. Check your owners manual to find out how that is done.

I have nissan sentra b15 2001 the car starts but do not exlarate , the scaner detect the air flow sensser is bad , i got new one but now the car cranck but wont start yes i have spark

did you replace it with new one, or used one?? also have you replaced your air filter and used NISSAN only air filter. something tells me that you had non nissan/aftermarket air filter installed and that is why your air flow meter failed. you need to use nissan air filter ONLY in your model nissan. sentras do not like non nissan air filter, because non nissan filters are not coated in small amount of oil and let foreign particals / dirt go pass the filter and that will fry your $500 air flow meter.

My Delonghi F600 smokes when I start it up

Hello Squad955,

I understand that your Delonghi F600 smokes when you start it up for operation. I assume that the smoke is comming out of the top of the unit when it is shut.

There are three possible causes of this led/cover filter, food debris and oil break down.

The led/cover fitler is removeable and replaceable it is used to catch the oil of vapors that come out in the stem unit during frying, warmup and cooldown. The filter may be real dirty and need to be replaced. The filter can be replaced by clossing the lid and opening the filter door on the top of it. If the filter is no longer white it needs to be changed. The fiter set number is #DGI FK6 and can be purchased from DeLonghi for $14.99 at http://www.shopdelonghi.com/detail/DGI+FK6

If you notices little pieces of batter or black sand looking stuff in the bottom of your fryer the oil needs to be filtered. This should be done when the oil is cool and the unit is not plugged in. You can use cheese cloth or another filtering type cloth to filter the oil. You pour the oil from one item thru the cloth in to another item and discard what ever is caught in the cloth. The oil should be filter when you notice items stuff in the oil, no longer clear, or batter at the bottom of the oil.

The third possiblity is the oil is no longer valuable. The oil should be changed after 8 to 10 frings. Oil naturally breaks down over time just like the oil in your vehicle. The oil does not show signs of wear however, it should be changed after 8 to 10 uses.

If you have anymore questions about this fryer please post back to this thread and I will be happy to help you.

How to change air filter on a 2009 hyundai sonata

Hi there, here are a few steps to help you out:
  • Turn the Sonata off to eliminate the risk of engine backfires while changing the air filter. Leave the car off until the filter has been replaced or there is risk of injury.
  • Lift the hood of the Sonata. Locate the air filter housing unit on the passenger side of the car, in the front corner. Look for a black, plastic cylinder that has an accordion-type hose attached to it that leads to the engine.
  • Remove the air intake hose and air duct from the housing unit. Disconnect the connector for the air-flow sensor from the filter cover. Unclip the clip on the filter cover. Lift the cover off the housing unit.
  • Take out the old filter from the housing unit. Remove any remaining debris out of the air filter unit. Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the housing unit with a damp cloth.
  • Place the new air filter in the housing unit. Use a K&N air filter, part number 33-2346.
  • Replace the cover on the housing unit and clip it in place. Reattach the air-flow sensor. Put the air intake hose and air duct back in place on the housing unit.
Best of luck....

Middle of the looks yellowish what could be the problem

the light filter for the blue lcd is fried and needs replacing. common problem with units that are dusty and overheat. unfortunately, many companies don't sell individual parts for the optical engine (where the filter is), so you may have to get the whole engine.
