How do I fix no sound on my w1952tq monitor?
Do you have speakers on your monitor? If yes, check the wire connecing hte sound to the speakers

Try clicking the auto adjust button on the screen. If this doesn't work it may be in demo mode, so click the fENGINEbutton on the monitor and make sure it is selected on the normal setting.

My pc has 2 places to connect a monitor, due to the fact that it has an integrated generic quality video card (which didn't quite excite me enough), so I installed a higher quality graphics card. So, make sure that you have connected correctly.
Also, there should be an INPUT MODE selection somewhere on the monitor itself. Mine has a series of buttons on the lower right side, one of these is INPUT.

your LG monitor is bad then if you put another monitor on the computer and your getting video. Just as a last resort, you might want to put the LG monitor on another computer and if it stays in sleep mode then you know for sure at that point, the monitor is bad.
