Ive tried with two tanks but still after the first shot it wont stop firing.
The first answer is semi-correct. The striker has an oring on it that creates a seal. This seal makes enough pressure for the blowback from the valve push the striker back to reset. Tippmann may send you a replacement striker Oring, or they may not, but you can buy an oring kit easily and cheaply enough on amazon or eBay. If you carefully read the manual, you should be capable of taking the gun apart and fixing it yourself.
The sear is not catching the bolt and resetting it properly. Or, there is not enough air pressure to push the bolt back to its original position. I would take it to a gunsmith. Parts fly out of a Tippmann if you open it up.

Instead of buying a rebuild kit, just ask tippmann, they'll be happy to send you one and help ya out. Also I'd recommend joining the forum www.98og.net, its a great helpful forum and im sure if you run a search there you'll be able to fix your problem.
Good luck!

Check the O rings on the big metal striker, make sure that you have the spring on the back (where the stock would have went) in the right hole on the back plate. Make sure that your velocity is set to a reasonable level.

sounds like an air pressure issue to to me, not enough pressure to recock the marker.. check all seals and do as joe suggested make sure it's good and lubed and clean the internals
