Make sure you check the owner's manual. You can probably get a free download if you lost yours.
Some TVs have screws on the backside near the bottom, not just underneath.

Take a good look as it should have 4-6 machine bolts holding it--be careful as usually it must be laid face down to remove----no weight on the screen or downward pressure or bang---screen destroyed and set with it.
A few models the back cover has to be removed but that is rare.
guess. if the screw is longer than what will fit youll know because it wont go all the way in. as long as everything catchs it should be ok. unfortuantly there is not manual as to what screws go where.
There are four screws located on the back of the tv twords the bottom. unscrew those then flip tv on its back to let the fallout. base should come free.
First you should lay the unit face down on a blanket or the like, being careful NOT to damage the screen. I don't have one in front of me right now but if memory serves well, there is a plastic cover on the back side of the base that you can pop off giving you access to the base mounting screws. Remove the 4 screws and viola, the base should slide off.
Mine isn't exactly the same model (I've a Toshiba Regza 32AV615DB) but on mine there are 4 small black screws at the back of the TV, near the lower edge. They're recessed into channels and quite difficult to see. Remove these 4 screws and you can lift the TV off the stand. Good luck.
Can't find too much info on this monitor. Look for a crease/gap in the plastic around the neck of the stand. Most likely a plastic cover is covering the screws you need to unscrew. You'll probably just have to pop it off.
You may have to first remove the flat part of the base (if looks like it separates from the neck). Check the bottom of the base for tabs or plastic clips holding it to the neck. If the flat part of the base doesn't come off, just look for the plastic covers mentioned above to reveal the screws that are holding the base on.
Carefull turn the tv on it's back and remove the 2 black screws in the bottom of the stand in addition to the screws on the back that I assume you already removed.
Check carefully with a flashlight to see if you removed all the screws completely. The stand should pull out quite easily as long as all the screw are out on the back bottom center of the TV.
There's likely a plastic cover on the back of the swivel stand. If so, remove it and you will find four to eight phillips screws. Take them out and the stand should come free. If there is no plastic cover, then there should be some screws in the back cover that go through the back cover and into the support. Remove the screws and gently remove the stand. Good luck. David
