Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FFTR1713LW6, is not cooling. We are into the summer months now, so it could possibly be that it is getting hot and humid, and I suggest lowering the temperature inside your refrigerator. Give it 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize. If you are still noticing that your appliance is not cooling, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician, for further assistance. Hope this is helpful.

How do I change temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit on Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator, model EPTWFU01?

EPTWFU01 is the water filter part number. It isn't the model number of the refrigerator. Please check the model number. Often the model number is on the back of the refrigerator. Not all models support changing the temperature units. If your refrigerator has a button labeled C/F. Try pressing that to toggle back to Fahrenheit. On another model, FG4H2272UF, press and hold the + and - keypads on the refrigerator side of the control panel for 5+ seconds.

One Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator is the GLHS36EJSB.
The support page is https://support.frigidaire.com/Owner-Center/Product-Support/GLHS36EJSB . The current link to the manual for this model is https://na2.electroluxmedia.com/Original/Electrolux/Electrolux%20Assets/Document/Complete%20Owners%20Guide/English/241856000en.pdf . This model doesn't allow the units to be changed. The documentation for FG4H2272UF is available here: https://support.frigidaire.com/Owner-Center/Product-Support/FG4H2272UF . See the page 15 of the manual, https://na2.electroluxmedia.com/Original/Electrolux/Electrolux%20Assets/Document/Complete%20Owners%20Guide/English/A10883135en.pdf , for the information above.

I hope this helps. Please add a comment with your refrigerator's actual model number for specific directions for toggling between degrees C and degrees F.

Frigidaire freezer is cooling properly, the fridge part is warm

Hello Friend, thank you for your inquiry!

I understand the freezer of your Frigidaire refrigerator is properly cooling but the refrigerator side is warm. May I have your model number please? The serial tag, which lists your model number, is normally located inside the cabinet, on the left/right side wall. With this information I can better determine the underlying cause.

In the meantime, I suggest checking that the door gasket is properly sealing. Place a dollar bill between the body of the freezer and the door. Now close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing.

Thank you! - Z

Frigidaire refrigerator wont cool or freeze

Hi Teddy,

It's my understanding that your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# MRS20WRGW2, has power with the lights coming on, it's just not cooling in the freezer or refrigerator portion. Since you are receiving power to the appliance, I would check to see if you can hear the compressor running. If the compressor is not running that might be why your refrigerator is not cooling. Still, I would contact a local authorized technician, for a full diagnosis. This way it can be determined what exactly is the cause of the NO COOL issue.

Model number FGEF3032KWB frigidaire oven door won't unlock

Unplug, or turn the household circuit breaker off to the unit for about 15 minutes. If the door does not unlock itself then, contact Frigidaire for a service call. The door latch and/or control board will need to be replaced.
