I have a kenmore 70 series electric dryer that squeals or squeaks when you start it and will squeak periodically during the drying cycle. From what I can tell the actual model number is 66702692 or 110...

hello there and welcome to fixya
There is several areas that you will want to check and listen to it carefully
Rollers Many dryers use rollers or wheels to support the clothes drum. When these rollers are worn, they can be noisy. You should replace the whole set of rollers at the same time. Idler pulley Dryers have a tension or idler pulley that keeps tension on the main drive belt. When it's worn, it can be noisy. When that happens, don't lubricate it. Just replace it. Glides Many dryers use nylon or plastic glides at the front of the clothes drum for support. When these are worn, they can be noisy. When that happens, replace them. Rear drum bearing Some dryers support the clothes drum in the rear with a center spindle instead of rollers. The spindle may be a ball-and-socket type support or a shaft through a sleeve. When the components are worn, they may squeak, squeal, or rub. You can't repair them. Just replace them when they're worn. Blower wheel Your dryer's blower wheel pulls air over the heat source, through the clothes drum, and past the thermostats, then pushes it out the exhaust duct. The blower wheel, which is usually plastic, may wear out over time. But if it's noisy, it may simply be clogged with lint. Clean the blower and test to see if the dryer is still noisy. If it is, you probably need to replace it.

The Model is actually 110 63032101. It is vibrating badly. The rollers seem ok. The idler pulley may be bad. I am not sure if the belt is loose

Your dryers uses rollers or wheels to support the clothes drum. When these rollers are worn, they can be noisy. You should replace the whole set of rollers at the same time. Idler pulley your dryer has a tension or idler pulley that keeps tension on the main drive belt. When it's worn, it can be noisy. When that happens, don't lubricate it. Just replace it. Rear drum bearing assembly does not fail often in this type of dryer. There are videos of the testing and replacing of these parts at www.appliancehelponline.com/servicemanual.html this will walk you thru the troubleshooting and replacement of these parts Blower wheel Your dryer's blower wheel pulls air over the heat source, through the clothes drum, and past the thermostats, then pushes it out the exhaust duct. This brings us to the last problem could be the blower wheel, which is usually plastic, may wear out over time.To check this grab the wheel and see if theres any play . But if it's noisy, it may simply be clogged with lint. Clean the blower and test to see if the dryer is still noisy. If it is, you need to replace it. If you need diagrams or illustrations of your specific model you can also enter your model # there. All parts come with installation instructions. Not all models are available.

Noise when button pushed to begin dryer.

is it a humming sound and the motor doesn't turn on or is it running and noisy?if it's just humming it's probably a bad motor, try to move the drum by hand,if it turns freely you have a bad motor,if it's running and noisy you could have a bad blower wheel behind the duct that the lint filter slides into or a bad pulley that the belt raps around, bad rollers, there's a few things it could be,you're gonna have to get in there and take a look or call someone in,if it's very old you might not want to put any money into it,next time send model number and a little more info, good luck

Kenmore Dryer Drum is very loose and noisy.

It sounds like one of the rollers has a bad bearing. You will need to take the front off the dryer, unhook the belt, and remove the drum to check the rollers.
