sc362 is the cyan (blue) photoconductor unit error code. Replace the cyan photoconductor.

SC362 is a Cyan TD sensor high error.TD sensor defective. Replace PCU.

This is a TD sensor output error.
Causes:
Defective connector
Decreasing toner density
Replace the Cyan PCU.
