SOURCE: moving apps onto sd card
Hi in order to move apps to sd card you need place the sd card in your tablet go to settings then applications. On the next screen you've got the list of downloaded apps just clik on one of them and then properties screen come up on which in the second row you will see button move to sd card. Just press on it wait few seconds and your apps is moved. Repeat this for every app but bear in mind that some of the apps can't be moved to sd card Regards

Try un mounting the sd card with the card installed then take it out and teinsert it If that don't work it could be the old format isn't recognized and try formatting it then

This has to do with formatting. It is physically impossible to get 16/16GB's because of how sectors are formatted in blocks. I won't go into detail about it here. The problem you might be experiencing may also have to do with formatting. Many memory card come formatted in FAT32 which is an old standard suitable for memory under 32GB's. However, moving larger files such as an .mkv movie about 4GB's large FAT32 can't handle it. In this case you should backup the files on the card and reformat it as NTFS which will solve all of your problems. Then copy over your files. Don't ask me why manufacturers do this. Good luck!
