Updates to these files can be obtained from www poifriend com You have to manually add them to your SD card so identify the files on the website and then search for the same extensions in your SD card.

On the back of the unit there is a sticker with the model number & serial number right next to the charging port. The serial number is below the bar code. On mine it says C/NO: & then the serial number. Not sure why it has that instead of S/N: or something to that effect, but that's it.
