Code relates to black pc drum charge corona malfunction, suggest you remove all imaging units, clean the contacts and re install them. if the issue remains try changing the imaging units for new starting with the black.
Have you tried replacing the black imaging / drum unit?

C0212 is a LCT (large capacity tray) shift motor, or lock release failure (they both use the same code)
Open the lower paper tray, and look for anything unusual.
Sounds like the paper was loaded incorrectly, and the tray tried to lift.

c3852 means low fuser(hot section) temp setting. hold down utility or stop key, then you should be abel to do trouble reset. if problem persist it would most likely be a lamp or a sensor, which will require a technician to come out.

On the end of the image unit you will find a white bit of plastic with a small screw in the middle, make sure this screw is tight and then reinstall the units(give the units a bit of a shake too)
