According to the Kyocera service manual it is the following:
Machine number mismatch. Machine number of main
and engine does not match. Data damage of EEPROM.
Contact the service Administration division.
It would appear that the flash memory is corrupted.

This is a machine serialnumber mismatch between to EEprom's

Just a suggestion but in the application you are using, make sure the "Page Setup" is set to the envelope you need and the source for the envelope is correct.
Also, check the driver settings to make sure they match what the application needs.

Drum unit non- installing error
The drum unit is not installed or not
installed properly.
The drum PWB EEPROM does not communicate
normally.
Causes:
- The drum unit is not installed.
- Defective connection drum PWB (YC1) and connect-L PWB (YC3).
- Defective drum PWB EEPROM.
- Defective engine PWB.
Check procedures/corrective measures:
- Install the drum unit
- Check the connection of connectors drum
PWB (YC1) and connect-L PWB (YC3).
- Replace the drum unit
- Replace the engine PWB
