At the bottom of the printer you will find the paper cassette. Pull the handle and the cassette will slide out. Eventualy you will need to ajust the size of the paper.

Turn off the Dell printer (assuming you want to keep that IP address as is). From the computer/server the printers are networked to, go to Printers and Faxes and locate the printer. Right-click on the printer > Properties > and there should be a tab where you can change the IP address within...sorry I can't recall the exact steps from here as I don't have access to do so from my machine. Once you change the IP, reboot printer and your conflict should be resolved.

If all else failes, you'll need to consult the NIC card manual for further diorection.

Good luck!

SOURCE: CLEANING A KYOCERA FS-2000D

Follow the page http://www.fixya.com/support/t1336338-kyocera_fs2000_thin_black_vertical_line

Basically, you remove the cartridge and developer all at once, then remove the waste toner bottle, then push the grey tab in to release the drum cartridge (be very, very careful in removing and putting back in. Any scratches on the drum and you will enjoy black spots permanently on printouts).

On the right side of the grey charger section is a tab you can use to release it. Do this, then put the drum away in a light tight back to prevent damage to it.

The reason why this Kyocera printer doesn't have the primary charger wire cleaner is because it did away with it. It now charges via a black fuzzy looking roller on top which is like the secondary corona charger wire, which then applies it to a roller, which then applies it to the drum. I think this is nice since it should prevent printer quality problems better since there is nowhere for oxidation to really collect. But, OTOH, it does happen anyhow.

I cleaned mine off and the streaks disappeared. I used a non amonia based cleaner to help, since I didn't find any dust on it to begin with. Whatever you choose, do not get your fingers on it, or it will put oil onto the rollers and that will make it worse.

Worked for me.

Can Kyocera fs-1030d printer print on both sides of the paper simultaneously ? If not, then what model of Kyocera printer can print on both sides of the paper simultaneously ?

Yes is does, but it is duplex, which means it prints one side, turns it and prints the other side. I don't think there are any printers that prints both sides in one pass. That would require two toner cartridges, one of them upside down!

The Kyocera FS-1030D is a double sided mono laser printer that provides value for money for individuals or small workgroups.

What does a c4203 code mean?

More than likely you have a PDF Owner's manual on the Software install disk. It should have troubleshooting section to help you with this and any future issue. The software may also have a trouble shooting system.
I googled and this seems to be a possible answer:

Why is the kyocera fs-c5100dn print smudging

If the final product is smudging after it prints out the fuser unit is not working and the toner is not fused to the paper. Also the paper should be warm when it prints out.
If it is during the printing you may have loose toner in the printer that is contaminating the print process.

My printer is flaking. i am printing a heavy color image on a kyocera fs c8026n. any help?

If by "flaking" you mean that the print is rubbing or flaking off then there are 2 possibilities. If you are using thicker than standard 20lb bond paper then when setting up the print job make sure you are selecting thick paper on your paper setting. This is a common problem if your paper is thicker, shiny or anything other than standard.
The other possibility would be a fuser defect of some type. But that would tend to affect standard black and white prints as well.
Try the thick paper setting as it will slow down the paper speed thru the fuser and will "fix" the toner to the paper better.

Supply rec paper tray - what does this mean when the tray is loaded?

OK, I was having a similar problem: Tray full of paper and tray adjusted properly.

Whatever I tried, the printer kept saying load paper.

I went to print menu>properties button (windows XP this is next to the printer name)>paper source tab.

It tuned out that the paper source had been changed from cassette to multi-purpose tray.

Change it back to cassette and you should be golden.
