Two screws at top front under plastic plugs lift top front of machine up there is one screw that hold the washer sprayer in place once removed you can remove elbow
The elbow nozzle on our machine needs replacing but it seems to be attached very tightly. How should I go about taking it off? Just pure force?
I can disconnect the sprayer from the elbow easily. The elbow join, into the machine frame ,is super tight. Can it just be pulled out?? Or does the housing need to be dismantled as it ??may be connected to piping behind

Clebinla,
I have the same problem with our GWL11. It just started yesterday. I think I found out where the problem is occuring. I noticed that there seems to be a crack in the small rubber tube that supplies the fill water. The water leaks out of this crack and runs down the back of the machine. I fixed the problem temporarily by putting a piece of plastic below the cracked tube that funnels the water into the tub. I am trying to locate a replacement for the tube but I haven't had much luck yet (it is a curved yellow tube that is a couple of inches long.)

Hi there
That fault is the pump blocked error (no change in water level).
i have a quick and easy way to solve this problem.
first turn the machine off then tilt the machine back and lean it on something(a chair or wall), look underneath, in the top right hand corner of the plastic outer boul you will see a small pump motor it has a fan on it spin this fan and if it is hard to turn that means there is somthing stuck in the drain pump keep turning the fan and try to free whatever is stuck in the pump, then try the machine on spin again all goin well the object in the pump should come out with the drain water(doing this will not harm the machine) if the object is still stuck you will need to get the water out of the machine (bailing or siphioning will work) and tilt the machine back again and take the wires off the pump and there should be a white tab on the boul holding the pump on pull this tab and twist the pump anticlockwise about a quarter turn(you will need a few towels or a boul or bucket to catch the water) and it should come off exposing the blockage.
Hope this solves your Problem.

Most likely something stuck in the pump, you need to look underneath to get to it, the pump turns anti clockwise to remove it.
SOURCE: how do you remove inner tub to get to the outer
You need 2 people for this.. Unscrew plastic wingnut down the centre of the agitator.(2) undo 2 phillips head screws under little rubber covers just under lid at front top edge.(3)lift top of machine like a car bonnet, get someone to hold it up for you.(4)Unclip big round plastic ring on top of the bowl, you may find its attached with a spring at the front left hand corner, just lay the plastic ring over front of machine & let it hang. The bowl should just lift straight out.Be carefull, the outside of the metal bowl is like a cheese greater trust me! PS when you put it back together & you lower the top of the machine(make sure that little white plastic lever hanging down) the right hand rear go's outside the righthand rear of the tub NOT squashed on top.Its an out of balance lever & it needs to dangle outside of the bowl/tub right rear.GOOD LUCK!

Is it pumping out? Make sure the machine is evenly balanced, if it is out of balance it wont spin up. :)
