Why does some txt print when using ctrl shift print to print a document or email and some lines do not print at all?

I am using Google Chrome. I open an email, select print the email, dialog box comes up to ask Print or close window. I select print, the next dialog box comes up with print using ctrl+shift+P. Some text in the email does not print. Parts of paragraphs will be missing. This happens when I have selected an article to print also. I do not have the same problem using IE8. I am using Chrome because I have fewer other problems. Thank you.

SOURCE: Paper Size Error

Hi there check that the printer properties have not been changed.

  • Click Start
  • Select Printers and Faxes
  • Right hand click on printer icon
  • Select Printing preferences
  • Check that the paper size matches that you have got in the tray
  • OK and exit and test
If the above doesn't work try the following

  • Open MS Word
  • Open the document that you are having problems with
  • Click File
  • Select Page Setup
  • Check that Paper Size is correct
  • OK close and test.
This is normally a driver issue as the paper tray on the printer doesn't know what size paper is in it until you tell it from the driver.

Hope this works for you
Thanks J

SOURCE: print problem

If your machines are like other 7310's and 7410's that we have serviced, the inside of it is probably coated in ink spray. Over time this spray will build up on the encoder strip and cause print image defects. You can just clean the encoder strip for a temporary fix but I would have in completely torn down to the metal frame and cleaned good. We charge $85 for this type of cleaning which cures what ails most of this line of printers.

SOURCE: printing to 4 x 6 paper

Hello oyam26,
For any paper mismatch issue, first thing you do is try to set the paper type to plain. This will fix the issue in most of the cases.

SOURCE: where to disable color management in printer driver dialog box

When you go to print.  In the box that say's print with printer/presets there's another that say's copies and pages, scroll down to Color Management. Then you will see a Off (No Color Adjustment). Try that and also in the same dialog box is Print Settings that's where you put your paper type selection. Hope this helps

in order to enter "Incognito mode" simply use the following shortcut:
Ctrl + Shift + N

Or use the main menu of Google Chrome:
It's exactly to the right of the Address Bar, where you enter website addresses. It's icon represents 3 grey vertical lines.
When you click on it select the 3rd option - "New incognito window".
