Error 59,c0: The developer-disengagement motor
experienced a rotational error.

1. Perform the Alienation Motor test in the
Component Tests menu in the
Troubleshooting menu. Verify that the
cartridges are being correctly alienated.
2. Check the following connectors: J25 at
the motor (M10), J261 and J251 on the
high voltage power supply-D PCA, and
connectors J138 and J106 on the DC
controller PCA.
3. Perform the Manual Sensor Test and
observe item G. The normal state is "0".
Locate the in-line connector J70 in the
cable that is connected to developinghome-

My Hp colorlaserjet 37ooDN is showing the error : 59.C0 Pl. HELP

Hi,
59.C0 Error Displayed on Control Panel Remove all the print cartridges from the printer so the right swing guide will be visible and check for the parts described in the photos below.
If the right side swing guide does not go all the way back, the 59.C0 alienation error will be displayed on the control panel. A plastic part on the swing guide could be missing.
See photo below where the three circles are on the right side of the printer.
Figure 1: Right swing arm assembly
37001See photo for details of the part. Call-out 1 in the photo below shows the parts in place, while Call-out 2 shows the missing part. (The part looks like an upside-down t.)
Figure 2: Missing part causing 59.C0 error
370021 - Part in place
2 - Part missing
Another cause for a 59.C0 error can be the black sliding lock is broken, out of place, or missing the spring. (See figure below) This can cause 59.C0 errors or 10.92.XX errors.
Figure 3: Right swing frame assembly
37003Replace the swing guide. Please look for the missing part in the printer so it will not cause other issues from movement to other parts of the printer.
If the part in the call-out is present, close the door slowly and observe the right side swing arm. It should close uniformally with the left side swing arm. If not, arrange for service on the printer and replace the right swing arm.

Hp 5550n printer its giving Error "59.C0" i think it's related to motor how i can know the part number for the motor witch ineed to replace ? and how to install the new one...

59.C0 indicates the disengement motor problem.
HP reccomends reseating J16 on the motor and J1100 on the DC controller
Then the 1st part they reccomend replacing is the disengaging drive assembly
Finally replacing the DC controller PCB itself.

Any of these jobs should be performed by and experiance qualified technician as none are "easy fixes"

Error 59 co in 5550DN

Hello thanks for using fixya

59 C0 error code usually affects the printer motor. The problem can range from a couple of issues that occur within the printer's motor. It can also be a cartridge issue. Depending on the printer and which manual the user is referring to, the solution to fix this error varies.
  1. Error code 59 C0 due to problems with printer motor
  2. Error code 59 C0 due to problems with cartridges
  3. Error code 59 C0 due to broken back sliding lock

Error code 59 C0 due to problems with printer motor:
This is referred to as "developing disengaging motor rotation error" Most likely, this problem points to an issue with the function of the DC controller either it has failed or it has affected the developing disengaging assembly. The solution is quite simple and you may fix the error in a matter of few steps.
The first step is to reconnect the J16 connectors that are used for the developing disengaging motor to the J1100 connectors that are used for the DC controller PCB (that is the printer circuit board of the DC controller). After connecting these two connectors to each other, you must replace the developing disengaging drive assembly directly. The final step is to replace the DC controller PCB, after which the printer is to be recalibrated.

Error code 59 C0 due to problems with cartridges:
Another more complex problem that leads to the 59 C0 error code is a problem with the cartridges. You must first remove all the printer cartridges in order to view the right swing guide. Once these have been removed, you must check for certain parts in the printer, which mostly resemble upside-down. If you finds that the swing guide does not move all the way backwards, then the most likely problem is a missing plastic component of the swing guide. This part also resembles an upside-down T.

Error code 59 C0 due to broken back sliding lock
Another problem that may cause the error to display is when the black sliding lock is broken out of place or missing its spring. If any of these cases, you must replace the swing guide completely. You should attempt to locate the missing piece within the printer so that it does not cause further problems in it. If the swing guide does function properly, then gently close the door, paying close attention to the right side of the printer's swing arm.If the right side swing arm closes in the same manner as the left side swing arm, then your printer is functioning just fine and you may simply need to turn it off to fix the error. If the right swing arm does not close properly, then the machine should be serviced by a professional to fix the problem.

I hope this solution will helpful 4 u
Please keep thumbs up in do Rating if it is helpful
THANKS & Keep Using fixya
