What is a contact tele # for support - Kodak EasyShare Z612 Digital Camera

Problem could be any of 4 places:

Bad new batteries, corroded battery contact, bad remote, bad remote receiver in tv.

Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time.

Reboot the tele system, look for an updated software driver download on the LG web site, try different sources like VCR, DVD, Blu Ray to see if vertical line is there.  If still there, then your tele is fu.k.d in which you should contact LG or replacement or repair.  If you recently purchased this thing, then take it back to the shop and demand an exchange or refund for selling you this rubbish.  Cheers.

You gots ta program the remote to operate the tele.  Theres a separate button that says tele.  Press that button and then see if you can control the tele.  If not, then read your manual to see how to program the tele button for your brand.  Cheers.

Usually Sony LCD TV has control buttons on top or at lower side of TV.
Let me know your TV model number to find out exact location of buttons.

Tele convertors on their own do not focus - that is achieved by the lens. Are the lens contacts clean and correctly aligned with those in the camera ?

I checked it out but looks like they don't have the manual but they can do support by email.

I answered a similar question for others having this issue- while the brand isn't listed on Tele Atlas's site for map updates, it is more than likely completely compatible with another brand's maps.
