yes on end of tread mill ..u might have to take end covers off..do them both the same when u adjust them.

i think ur tread mills motor controlling circuit have some problem. may be its motor controlling igbt faulty. check it. proper care should be taken will working in tread mill. all the circuits are live . chances for electric shock. do any thing only after removing the power.
