I finally figured it out. Somehow I had messed with the
Autoplay settings uploading pics the last time I guess. Anyways, if you experience this problem, check this out first and see if it fixes it for you before you do anything else:
What if the import dialog box doesn't appear?
If the dialog box prompting you to import your pictures doesn't appear when you connect the camera to your computer, AutoPlay might be turned off. You can import your pictures using Windows Photo Gallery instead. Here's how:
1.
Open Windows Photo Gallery by clicking the
Start button
, clicking
All Programs, and then clicking
Windows Photo Gallery.
2.
On the toolbar, click
File, and then click
Import from Camera or Scanner.
3.
In the
Import Pictures and Videos dialog box, choose your camera from the list of devices, and then click
Import.
If you prefer, you can turn on AutoPlay or set AutoPlay to automatically import pictures from a digital camera. For more information, see Change AutoPlay Settings.
