My sim is locked please help me get PUK CODE to unlock it
SOURCE: unlocking puk code
probably the PUK code is on the SIM card, or not the phone...but if you have the PUK code on the phone, the best thing is to look for a shortcut code for master reset...this shortcut code is a code that looks like (for example) ###85939# (do not try this one, it is just an example) so if you'll find that code...start the phone without the SIM inserted and try writing the code (not the one I gave you, but one you'll find on the internet, or the one I'll give to you in the future, if you'll give me some details about the phone) ...and then you can see if it works...however another solution might be to contact a phone service to resoft it...I think that's going to work...but I'm not pretty sure...

SOURCE: aircel puk code
Hi there,
Just dial 111 using other aircel mobile to contact customer support. The PUK code must be given by the network support in able to unblock again the SIM, please do not enter more than trice of the PUK code or do not eventually guess the code it will permanently block the SIM and you will able to use it again.
By the way what exactly the location or country you are located in, so if there no other aircel mobile available to contact directly the Operator, i'll try to look their trunk line number where you can also contact with them.
Let me hear from you again here..
Thanks
Testimonial: "Hey thanks yar..coz of u i unlocked ma sim again....i was worried a lot coz i have saved ma gal's msgs in it....thanks a lot dude.....:)"

PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it.
Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account.
It is important to differentiate between unblocking phones (using a PUK) and unlocking mobile phones (using another type of code). More information on unlocking phones will be available here in the very near future.
NOTE: It is a criminal offence for anyone to attempt to unblock a mobile phone, other than the network provider who put the block on the phone.
If your phone has become blocked by mistake, for example you have entered the PIN incorrectly on three consecutive occasions, then you need to contact the mobile phone network operator with your details. To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, use the links above to navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator.

PUK code, (personal unlocking key).
This is SIM card related / specific. If you take the SIM card out of the phone, the phone will work with
another sim card.
The puk
comes up when the pin code has been entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk
code for your sim card, you have to call the service provider of that
sim card. They are the only ones who can provide you with the right puk
code for that sim card.
The puk
code may also have came with the documentation of the sim card, if its a
prepaid card the Puk code
comes on the documents or on the box of the product.
if your unable to obtain the puk
code, get a new SIM card.
Also entering the puk
code wrong too many times will eventually ruin the sim card forcing you
to buy or contact your service provider for a new sim card.
There are no puk
code calculators or anything that we can do about it, you can buy
premium assistance and you will get this same response. There is
no other solution.
You have to contact the phone service
provider of that sim card or replace the sim card.
