Sole f63 incline error

Initially had an LS1 speed error. Ran calibration and calibration failed. Opened cover and verified that speed sensor was blinking on the motherboard. Ran calibration again and incline failed. Incline is now in the up position. When I turn on the machine the motherboard sends pulses to continue going up, then errors out with incline error. There is no mechanism to manually lower the incline. Now when I start the machine tries to continue raising the deck and errors out. I can no longer run calibration by pressing start and enter while inserting the key.

If the calibration does not pass you may need to check the speed sensoralignment. You must understand the instruction for calibration is under the hood for motor.
1) Remove the motor cover hood by loosening the 4 screws that hold it inplace (you do not need toremove them completely).2) The speed sensor is located on the left side of the frame, right nextto the front roller pulley (thepulley will have a belt around it that also goes to the motor). Thespeed sensor is small and blackwith a wire connected to it.3) Make sure the sensor is as close as possible to the pulley withouttouching it. You will see a magneton the face of the pulley; make sure the sensor is aligned with themagnet. There is a screw thatholds the sensor in place that needs to be loosened to adjust thesensor. Re-tighten the screw whenfinished.

2) if the problem persist you must Test the main motor for open, ground 3) the main control board faulty. See the block diagram that I did as person like you that understand that 90% of functions the main motor controller board has effect.

SOURCE: Sole F63 Treadmill Incline Error

I finally got back to my treadmill. I raised the deck and lubricated the tread. Then started it up and it went to ground as it should. Then ran calibration and it appears to be working again. No idea why raising the deck caused the machine to be able to go down again. Now I have to reset the speed sensor as I have it a little too close and it ticks occasionally while jogging.

I have a Sole f63 treadmill and I am getting an E7 error

This is an incline motor issue. Your manual should have the steps to get the treadmill into calibration mode. Follow the steps and the treadmill will calibrate itself. If it fails the calibration then it’s most likely that the incline motor needs to be replaced.

Treadmill Elevaton Error

There are a few things you may need to check. You already tried calibration. Next thing I would do is check the sensor wire from the incline to the controller. Make sure its properly plugged into the controller. The controller can also be an issue. If someone was tampering with the unit, the sensor wire could be plugged into the wrong connector as there is another connector that will fit.
