Hi, in other Daewoo models E9 error code means pressure sensor failure. This sensor is used to know water level in the tube. It is probably that your model reports the same codes.
It does not necessary means a broken sensor you must check the electrical connectors and cables as well as all the mechanic and pneumatic elements like the hose connected to the sensor.
It is often clogs with soap and other particles and removing it should solve the problem....
