This means 'Power 'Failure'.
This could be from the circuit breaker being tripped and then was reset, wall outlet issue, or possibly if the cord was replaced then the screws conecting the wires to dryer may not be tight. Make sure dryer in unplugged before checking connections.
Some homes have an energy management system where higher energy use appliances are given a priorty so they all cannot run at same time so keeps your electric bill lower.
For example, the water heater and a/c system would be wired to override the dryer so if both these were runnng and then you turned on the dryer, the control unit would shut power down to dryer within a short time.
