A simple to implement, reliable way to sync Outlook 2016 Contacts and Calendars with my iPhone 6? (iCloud was a nightmare)

There are about 50 (at the very least) apps in app store ( I use 'Easy Backup" that would allow you to scan your contacts on iphone and email backup file so you can import it (one way sync) to either Outlook or Icloud.

Im trying to transfer contacts from my motorolla Q to iphone3GS

The iPhone doesnt accept Object Push Profile, which is the Bluetooth profile that allows contacts to be transfered from one phone to another. You have a couple of options: 1) visit the store from which you got your iPhone or a core AT&T store; they will hopefully have the necessary equipment to move your contacts. 2) Import all of your contacts on your Motorola Q to Outlook or Outlook Express and then Export them from Outlook to the iPhone through iTunes.

How to transfer Contacts in iPhone to Outlook

Once your iPhone is connected to your PC and iTunes is loaded you can right click on your iPhone and select exactly what you want to have sync'd.
1. Under the Info tab you will find Contacts. 2. Tick the "Sync contacts with :" and select Outlook from the list. 3. Click "All contacts"
If you wish to put all of your iPhone created contacts into a different group in Outlook you can select the group there also and tick the relevant box.
iTunes always displays a warning about over writing data but that is not relevant to Contacts. Data is always merged.
I hope this solves your problem.

Sync my outlook with iphone

I had the same problem. I had my IT department download the software into a file and they sent me the file so that I would have the program on my hard drive. That permitted me to sync the phone with my Outlook contacts at work.

Sync Outlook Contacts & iPhone

When you create a new Contacts Folder you have to make sure that you create as a subfolder of the main contacts folder (in the create window you are shown the file tree).

I had the folders moved in different groups as well but I am not sure that it made a difference.

Please note that you have to leave outlook and itunes on for a few minutes before they synch and iTunes see the new folders.

How to sync contacts from iphone to outlook 2003?

Hi,

When you connect your iPhone to the PC that you always sync with, Go to Info tab, Check the box Sync Contacts with: and select Outlook. Then make sure that you check the box Put new contacts created on this phone into the group: and select a subfolder in your main contacts folder.

This way, all the contacts from your iPhone will be saved into another folder in your main contacts folder of your Outlook PST.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks
Sandeep
