You cant change the aspect ratio. You can stretch and zoom programs . Some programs like movies are in letterbox and you can stretch to fill the screen, but the results are not perfect. Circles will be oval and you will cut off some of the viewable picture. This is normal

What is the aspect button on a sharp remote?
there should be a button labelled "P.size" and that should show you the aspect ratios but if not go to the menu and access picture and look through the options until you get size and it should allow you to change aspect ratios.

Cannot change aspect ratio when im playing a game it cuts off part of the screen
Normal aspect ratio is 4:3, and the wide aspect ratio is 16:9. If you play a game meant for 4:3 and you change the TVs aspect ratio to 16:9; part of the picture will be cut off. It is not the fault of the TV.
