I have a Zeepad 7DRK. I have factory reset it at least 4 times. The HARD factory reset, however, the tablet is keeping all previous information of user, and will not let me delete apps from the app manager...

How do I reset my Zeepad 7.0 tablet to factory settings?

1. Power of the device.
2. Now,Hold down both volume+ and power button simultaneously, you should get an android on its back opened.
3. Press both volume + or - to open up a small blue text menu.
4. Then use Vol - and Vol + to navigate the Recovery mode.
7.)Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "yes" from the menu then press power again.

Why wont my zeepad turn on

Check the battery is charged - it may be duff and nee replaced if it is not charging or your power adaptor may not be charging it - check it with a multimeter - the power socket on laptops andf tablets are very susceptible to damage - if that fails then plug it into a pc using the usb port - it will charge very slowly as usb only has a very low charge current but be patient and if it charges up after 12 hours using the usb method you will know one way or another whether its the battery or the power socket or charger.

It's a battery in the middle of my screen with an exclaimation point it in, it wont come on

The charging port is not working on my zeepad 7.0

both of my charging ports on my zeepad are TOO LOOSE and wont make contact anymore, i need both ports so i can repair it myself, im so disapointed in the quality of the charging ports, one is a usb aanother is a skinny pin type...I really need the ports from someplace..

When the gadget is not booting or starting up, there is really problem in the system of the tablet. There are two possibilities why these is happening so
1. The hard disk is already damage and need to be replaced. The hard disk in the one holding the OS of the tablet is this is damaged or not functioning then it will really not boot. Int his case, you need to ask for the aid of technician to check and repair your tablet
2. There is the possibility that the OS is corrupted that is why it is not starting. You should consult your service provider to check your tablet and install the OS again.
