Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

There clearly is a problem with your washer which is unlikely to be able to be cured by advice on line. It really requires a service call on site, sorry ;-0(

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Providing that you are not refering to what is in your posting header (3.5 cu. ft!) have a look at the manufacturer's panel, probably on the back- it might give you an indication there ;-0)

If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
