My print quality has diminshed

Dear
The quality of printing mostly depends up on the consumable (toner art.). The toner cart. may have life end. may tested with new toner cart.
If it was refilled or compatible, try to use genuine cart.

Thanks.

Why does richo aficio 2016 copier keep asking for toner hen toner is full

As long as the toner sensor senses it is empty, it will keep telling this. Or the sensor is defect, or a cable came lose, or perhaps you only have to shake the toner cartridge a few times. Be aware it is open now.

Minolta 8650 problem c-2a01

loo like you replaced the cyan toner cart.. (with the machine powered off and unplugged) take a look inside the machine with the cyan toner cart out.. make sure that nothing is blocking the metal contacts or if there are dirty contacts. perhaps there is a piece of debris that is blocking the connection of the new toner cart to the printer. another thing to check is the contacts on the toner cart its self.

Display says toner out even with new cart. Setting new cart message in resets menu to yes does not work, selection reverts back to no. Customer is using reman carts.

A number of companies use a fuse that blows when the cartridge is low. If the fuse is not replaced, it will still say "toner out". The reman should have replaced it.

The add toner light stays on with a new toner cartridge

Yes, the machine will only make single copies if the toner light is on. Was the toner cart genuine Copystar? Or perhaps Kyocera cart? The machine is made by Kyocera and marketed under both name brands, however, the toner carts are different for both machines. I have seen many times that aftermarket carts will not always work properly.

Noises when printing copies

Take the new cart. out and reinstall the old cart. Does the noise disappear? I would tap and shake the toner cart. BUT BE CAREFULL, the cart is ready to spill toner. On the box and in the instructions it tells you, or should, that you must shake and tap the outside of the cart. This is due to settling and the toner maybe packed. By tapping and shaking it will feel the toner. If the toner is packed it will put undue pressure on the augers inside the toner cart. and cause a grinding noise. If after tapping and shaking, reinstall the new cart. and check. If everything is ok -- great. If the noise remains contact the company your purchased the cart. from and ask for a replacement. These cart. are mass produced and mostly reused ( refurbed). Parts wear now and they do not replace the inside parts, they just repack with toner and seal.

How to fix toner (Magenta) leak in HP4600...
I have read and tried everyone methods (dc controller, replacing toner, & adjust paper sheet type) of resolving toner leak. The answer to everyone's problem, is to " check & replace the the two black alienation plates (1.5" wide by 10" long, strips are vertical position, held by 2 phillips screws)" located on the back wall after removing all 4 toner cartridges. I found that the plate had cracked and didn't allow the toner to close properly. I temporary superglued the part back and order a new kit (Q3668-67925 $19.99 + s/h). Problem solved.
