UNIDEN is notorius for this. It could be losing connection to the base - are you moving around while on the phone? or it could be the battery is not holding a sufficient charge. You can move the base unit to see if that helps - maybe something is interfering with the signal. You can try taking the battery out of the phone and putting it back in. If that doesn't work then try swapping the phones and putting them in each others charger. If that doesn't work then try letting the battery die by leaving the phone off the charger for 24 hours and then recharging for 24 hours. Good Luck!

Take the batteries out of the phone, leave it to dry on a towel standing up for 24 hours. It should resume working after this is done.

Without knowing what kind of phone it is I will only be able to provide you with some general information. The first thing you should do is try changing the USB port. It could just be that the USB port you are plugging it into isn't working. If that doesn't work, then go to the manufacturer's website. Certain phones, like the iPhone, need software to be able to recognize itself. An example would be that the iPhone needs iTunes.
You can download this software for your phone by going to the manufacturer's website. Apple.com, BlackBerry.com, Nokia.com, you get the idea.

Make certain the battery is fully charged- if possible, you can even try removing the battery for a moment and then reseating- see if the phone comes on then- if not, make certain it's on the charger- if it doesn't come on then, speak w/ your provider to get a replacement phone

If that doesn't work either, your account may have been hacked or deleted. In case of a hacked account send a mail describing your problem to account-security- [email protected]. They will ask you to do certain things and then they compare your original info with the changed info. Within 24 hours you should get your account back.
