Question about Maytag Neptune FAV6800AW Top Load Washer
Posted by Anonymous on
Remove the top cap(s), there should be a nut under it that holds the agitator in place. Remove the nut and pull the agitator off. It may be tough to get it out if its never been removed, over time lots of soap, dirt etc.; gets in there and clogs up the splines. Try pouring boiling water onto the splines, if its hard to get off.
